At GIFLE:
- Create and administer all the training programs for the teachers (Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school), local officials (general administrative staff), and local administrators (district supervisors, vice principals, and principals) in Gyeonggi Province.
- Develop educational content (publications, pamphlets, videos, etc) for GIFLE training programs and Gyeonggi educators (teachers and local administrators)
- Communicate and collaborate with other regional, national and international leaders and organization(s) for the development and improvement of language education (Korean and foreign languages) in Gyeonggi Province.
- Provide support for general administration of GIFLE staff and maintenance of facilities.
