Who We Are

We’re the Gyeonggi-do Institute for Global Education, and we speak a few languages around here. We like to keep it simple though, so we generally just go by our acronym, GIGE.

What We Do

We’re a government operated, office of education, teacher training and professional development institute. It’s actually pretty cool – we provide training to teachers of all grade levels, local officials and local administrators within Gyeonggi Province.

What We Can Give

When you come to GIGE, we want to provide a comfortable, but enjoyable – maybe even fun – learning environment where we can chill out (either virtually on campus) and talk some pedagogy, education, or sometimes, just chat.

No matter how you say “hello” (or anything else for that matter), feel free to browse through what we have in terms of classroom resources.
